The Alfa Romeo Mito’s great style is not surprising considering the Alfa heritage. It has an economical diesel engine which is a great option for those who want to economize as well as a very distinctive cabin design.
You should however watch out for superfluous electronic systems when test driving this auto. The Alfa Romeo Mito is a practical all-weather small vehicle designed in Milan but built in Turin. If you’re wondering about its last name, it means legend in Italian so you will at least have an Alfa Romeo legend in your hands when you get the Mito.
This three-door super mini has concentric LED lights that are circular, flush-doored side and front grilles shaped like a shield. It is a competitor of Fiat’s reborn 500 and the BMW Mini. Europeans will get their own Mito right-hand drive this month. They have choice of the 1.4 16v turbo petrol engine or the very economical 1.3 and 1.6 diesel engines.
The UK versions will also have an option for the double-clutch sequential shift gearbox. So if you want to get into the groove and yet save on gas or diesel then choose the Legend.
