Watch out for the production version of the Cadillac 2011 CTS Coupe Concept come 2010. This auto is expected to follow in he heels of the successful red-hot V-Series and sedan models. The concept is a much-improved sedan making it a viable alternative to BMW, Audi and Infiniti cars. It was one of the big surprises during the Detroit Auto Show last year.
The Cadillac 2011 CTS Coupe Concept is mighty proud of its 20-inch front wheels and 21-inch rears but there are doubts these wheels would make it to production as a little bit of downsizing might be needed for practicality sake. The Concept boast of Recaro-brand seats that’s good for four individuals but the production model might have a three-place rear bench seat either as a standard or an option.
While there is as yet no final word as to the specifications of the Cadillac 2011 CTS Coupe Concept you can expect it to have a 3.0-Liter direct injection V6 engine producing 255 horsepower. The DI feature has a lot to offer in terms of fuel efficiency since it directly squirts gas into the cylinders instead of being introduced through the top ports.
