The 2009 Acura MDX is suited for families and friends going to a vacation. This premium midsize SUV has seven-passenger seats and Acura’s exclusive “Super Handling All-Wheel Drive” system. The MDX is powered by 300-hp 3.7-liter V6 engine and 5-speed automatic transmission with a maximum towing capacity of 5000 lb.

Its interior includes heated front seats, leather upholstery, sunroof and a wireless cell phone link.It has safety features like ABS, traction control, antiskid system, front side airbags, and curtain side airbags that cover all seating rows.

Loyal customers of the Japanese carmaker will be delighted to know that the 2010 Acura TSX V6 has been released during the Chicago Auto Show. Don’t keep your hopes high though because the TSX V6 does not boast of a V8 engine and is definitely not a rear wheel drive. The front-wheel sedan has a V6 3.5-liter engine with 280 horsepower which is suspiciously the same version of the Honda Accord engine although there is no confirmation on this.

The 2010 Acura TSX V6 boasts of new 18-inch large wheels, retuned suspension system and a front fascia that has been revised. It also sports the TSX powertrain with the sophisticated VTEC valvetrain…

Acura is keeping its eyes steady to fulfil its goal of hanging out with the big boys like the BMW, Lexus, Mercedes Benz and Audi. However, American Honda Motor Co. executive vice president said this should not be construed that they will only focus on quality auto products.

Instead, he said, it should also mean exceeding their customers’ expectations especially when it comes to customer service. The makers of Acura NSX are aware that the way to their clients’ hearts is not only through attractive products but also through proper handling of their customers.

Expect Acura’s race car to reign again in this year’s ALMS with the rolling out of the Acura LMP1 ARX-02a developed by Honda Performance Development of California in cooperation with Wirth Research of England.

HPD and Wirth recently tried the might of Acura’s new breed of race cars and put it in a testing session on the 3.7-mile, 17-turn Sebring road circuit where the ALMS season opener will be held on March 21. Race driving the Acura LMP1 ALMS is made easy, safe and comfortable with its open-cockpit design and of course winning is assured as it is powered by its 4.0-liter engine, normally aspirated V8 fueled by unleaded E10 gasoline.
