
Toyota has just revealed a new sports car hybrid, the GRMN (Gazoo Racing Master of Nutburging) Sports Hybrid Concept. The event took place at the Tokyo Auto Salon.
The concept, which was based on the MR2, is a four-wheel drive hybrid that is fitted with a mid-mounted 3.3 liter V6 and Toyota’s THSII hybrid system. An electric motor powers then the car at slow speeds. It also shifts the car into front wheel driving. The V6 engine provides more power to motivate the rear wheels.
