The 2008 Dodge Viper ACR or American Club Racer is a product of Chrysler’s Street and Racing Technology. This is the same division which gave you the Neon SRT4.
Knowing that the division is composed of race engineers and former racers will at least give you an idea as to what type of car they are going to come up with and you would not be disappointed with the 2008 Dodge Viper ACR. Aptly called the Viper, this auto boasts of aero modifications including a seven-position carbon fiber rear wing, twin carbon-fiber dive planes and two-piece carbon fiber front splitter.
The 2008 Dodge Viper ACR’s ride height is adjustable and the spring rates are twice that of the Viper’s base. It has wider front tires and rear tires, Brembo callipers with forged aluminium wheels cover and Stoptech rotors.
With five colors and a wide array of stripping options to choose from the ACR’s trims are definitely cool. Add to that the lap timer that is USB compatible and you need not ask for more.
