Renault has begun the sales of their newest version of the Renault Clio S. A revival from the early 1990s, the 2010 Clio S is meant to bring the sporty look and feel of the Clio range.

The 3-door Clio S is based on the 5-door Expression trim. The Clio S only adds electric windows, heated electronics mirrors, CD radio with auxiliary jack, and foglights. The “Far Away” 15-inch wheels of the Expression are replaced with whited-out 16-inch “Polar” alloy wheels.

The windows and rear glass of the Clio S are also tinted darker. A new white insert in the front bumper matches the white racing stripes that are painted at the sides and on the roof of the vehicle. Inside, instrument dials are also added in the same fashion as the stripe outside. The steering-wheel is leather-wrapped, and an “S” mark has been tattooed on the upholstery.

The Clio S has three engine options: the 75- and 100- horsepower 1.2 liter engines, and the 86-horsepower 1.5 liter dCi. The Renault Clio S is tagged an on-the-road starting price in the UK between £11,209 and £13,458.
